Shipping policy

Shipments within the United States

Orders of $90.00 or more shipping to addresses in the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, qualify for our free Standard Shipping offer.  Excluding certain oversized or hazardous items.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible.  Most of the items we sell will ship quickly from our warehouse in Texas.  Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 1 business day of an item shipping.  For example; if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Wednesday morning, you should receive your tracking information either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.

Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx as a carrier.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service.

APO

APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories & Possessions

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.  Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.

Shipping Costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Orders of $125 or more will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Costs for Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders of $150 or more will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Methods

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.  Our order processing cut-off time is 3 PM US Central.  Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed in any way.

Standard Shipping

Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.

2-Day Shipping

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped.  For example; if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.  If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it should arrive on Monday of the following week.

Next-Day Shipping

Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped.  For example; an order that ships on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.  An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order is shipped such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests are not always possible (depending on the carrier).  Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.  We reserve the right to deny any such request at any time.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system.  Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service for help returning the order.

Package Refusals

If you choose to refuse your package, we may deduct all fees incurred from the refusal.  These fees would be deducted from any refund owed, so that once the item is received and processed you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees.  This applies for domestic (US) and international orders.  We strongly recommend reaching out to our customer service team if you have an issue, or setting up a return authorization where you can use our Authorized Return Label (ARS Label) shipping at a cost of $7.99 (contiguous 48 States only).

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature.  Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments.  If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.

Tires

We currently can only ship tires to the contiguous 48 United States.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States.  Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.
